Argan Oil and Morocco

While traveling in Morocco, my daughter and I visited Cooperative Marjana, the women’s cooperative that produces Argan Oil in its many forms. The Marjana women crack open each Argan nut by hand to extract the valuable oil which is becoming increasingly popular all over the world because of its nutritional benefits (contains more Vitamin E than olive oil) and its beauty benefits (providing moisture for hair, skin and nails, healing acne and reducing the effects of aging).
