Ingredients
  1. Organic penne or linguini
  2. Sliced pea pods
  3. Diced green onions
  4. Chopped cilantro
  5. Sesame seeds
  6. For sauce*
  7. ½ cup organic peanut or almond butter
  8. ½ cup water
  9. crushed garlic
  10. minced ginger
  11. 2 tablespoons Tamari (without wheat)
  12. 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  13. ½ teaspoon red chili oil
  14. ½ teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Instructions
  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree. Sauce can be served warm or cold. Add sauce, pea pods, onions and cilantro to noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
