Asian Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Asian Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • Organic penne or linguini
  • Sliced pea pods
  • Diced green onions
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sesame seeds
  • For sauce*
  • ½ cup organic peanut or almond butter
  • ½ cup water
  • crushed garlic
  • minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari without wheat
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon red chili oil
  • ½ teaspoon rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree. Sauce can be served warm or cold. Add sauce, pea pods, onions and cilantro to noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
