California Omelette

Try this delicious California Omelette for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This recipe is enough for two people and can be cut in half if you’re cooking for one.

 

California Omelette

Try this delicious California Omelette for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This recipe is enough for two people and can be cut in half if you’re cooking for one.

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Mushrooms
  • Yellow Peppers
  • Vegan Cheese
  • Avocados
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add 2 egg whites + 2 whole eggs (organic, farm raised and hormone free); scramble and add a little water for the fluff
  • In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil, and sauté mushrooms and yellow peppers
  • Add egg mixture to the pan
  • Top with vegan cheese, or organic cheese* made without casein or rennet
  • Then add avocados, and sea salt and pepper to taste
