  1. 1/2 C Raw Cashews
  2. Juice of 1 lime
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. 1 C of cilantro (can substitute basil)
  5. 1 garlic clove
  6. 1/4 C water
  1. Puree in a blender for 15 seconds. Try as a dip or on salads. There are a variety of substitutions such as sun dried tomato, onions and garlic, or olives and artichokes.
