Cashew Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Raw Cashews
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 C of cilantro can substitute basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 C water

Instructions

  • Puree in a blender for 15 seconds. Try as a dip or on salads. There are a variety of substitutions such as sun dried tomato, onions and garlic, or olives and artichokes.
