Ingredients
- 1/2 C Raw Cashews
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 C of cilantro can substitute basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 C water
Instructions
- Puree in a blender for 15 seconds. Try as a dip or on salads. There are a variety of substitutions such as sun dried tomato, onions and garlic, or olives and artichokes.
