Ingredients
- Cauliflower
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Rosemary
- Mixed Greens
- Blackberries
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil and sea salt on cauliflower
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 – 15 min. Be careful not to overcook!
- Remove from oven and add fresh rosemary. Be sure to add the rosemary after cooking, otherwise it loses it’s nutrients.
- Serve with mixed greens and fresh blackberries (one of the top ten antioxidant foods!)
