Cauliflower with Mixed Greens and Blackberries

Cauliflower with Mixed Greens and Blackberries

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Mixed Greens
  • Blackberries

Instructions

  • Drizzle olive oil and sea salt on cauliflower
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10 – 15 min. Be careful not to overcook!
  • Remove from oven and add fresh rosemary. Be sure to add the rosemary after cooking, otherwise it loses it’s nutrients.
  • Serve with mixed greens and fresh blackberries (one of the top ten antioxidant foods!)
