Grilled Corn

Corn is a low-fat complex carbohydrate, and it contains vitamins like vitamin C, niacin, thiamin and folic acid –which helps prevent heart disease. It also contains phenolic phytochemicals that combat hypertension.

Ingredients

  • Corn on the cob
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Parsley or cilantro

Instructions

  • Grill corn on the cob with the husks on for 15 minutes. Check half way through.
  • Husk the corn and with a medium-sized knife, slice the corn off the cobs in strips
  • Put corn in bowl and sprinkle olive oil and sea salt
  • Chop up parsley or cilantro and toss!
