Cacao is the purest form of chocolate you can consume, which means it is much less processed than cocoa powder or chocolate bars. Raw cacao is extremely rich in antioxidants and magnesium. It is an excellent source of nutrients including healthy fats, vitamins, fiber, minerals, natural carbohydrates, and protein. Use it in your hot chocolate, baked goods, and smoothies.
