Ingredients

  • One large box of Coconut Water- as a plant-sourced water it contains natural sugars and lots of electrolytes
  • 2 c. Pineapple- bromelain for digestion and anti-inflammatory properties
  • 1-2 Bananas- fiber B6 and potassium
  • 1/4 c. Navitas Cacao Nibs- antioxidants Omega 6 and magnesium
  • 1- 1.5 c. Almond Butter- protein and healthy unsaturated fats

Instructions

  • Adjust amounts as needed. Combine in a blender and serve chilled!
