MY APPROACH

If you’ve ever struggled with a diet or tried to eat healthier but fallen back on your old habits, you’re not alone. Not only is it difficult to make a huge life change in a short period of time, we often fail to consider how the rest of our life impacts our overall well-being and vitality.

That is why I provide a holistic approach to health and nutrition. Together we’ll look at how each area of your life is connected to your overall well-being and map out a plan to reach your health goals. For example: Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? These are the kinds of things we’ll uncover as we work together.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I craft and customize nutritional maps that fit naturally into your lifestyle. No suffering required!

I’ve helped many different clients – doctors, teachers, professionals, busy moms, pregnant women, yogi’s, artist’s and other health professionals with a variety of health goals, whether they want to reach their optimal weight, sleep better, maximize energy, or other health concerns.

I work with people who are looking for the answers to their health and lifestyle challenges. When I start to work with clients they may lose 10 lbs, but gain so much more!
