Ingredients
  1. ROOT VEGGIE HASH
  2. 1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 6 carrots
  4. 6 red potatoes
  5. 1 sweet potato
  6. 6 parsnips
  7. 2 garlic cloves
  8. 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  9. Sea salt to taste
  10. Black pepper to taste
  11. MARINADE
  12. ½ cup of honey
  13. 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  14. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  15. Mix ingredients together.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle extra-virgin olive oil onto pan.
  3. Dice root veggies, place onto pan and coat evenly with olive oil.
  4. Crush garlic cloves.
  5. Sprinkle on rosemary, garlic, sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Toss mixture half way through.
  7. Add marinade towards last 5-10 minutes. Evenly coat.
