2 bunches of basil –full of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties!
2 or more cloves of garlic (depending on size)
Add a handful of pine nuts or walnuts –high in nutrients like omgea-3 and vitamin E
Drizzle olive oil and blend, adding additional oil if needed
Mix Pesto into Cous Cous
Add 1 cup or more of chopped scallions
Add one halved orange tomato- there are so many wonderful varieties of sweet, small and colorful miniature tomatoes packed w/ flavor
Mix and sprinkle pine nuts on top
