Cauliflower with Mixed Greens and Blackberries
Cauliflower is a delicious cool-weather vegetable, making it an excellent addition to your fall diet. And with tons of fiber, phtyo-nutrients, minerals and vitamins B, C and K, you’ll be fighting cancers and other diseases, and doing your body good as you enjoy this yummy recipe
- Cauliflower
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Rosemary
- Mixed Greens
- Blackberries
Drizzle olive oil and sea salt on cauliflower
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 – 15 min. Be careful not to overcook!
Remove from oven and add fresh rosemary. Be sure to add the rosemary after cooking, otherwise it loses it’s nutrients.
Serve with mixed greens and fresh blackberries (one of the top ten antioxidant foods!)
