  1. 1 cup cashew pulp
  2. 1/4 cup pecans
  3. 1/2 cup dates pitted
  4. 3 tbsp cocao powder
  5. 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  6. 1 tbsp honey
  7. 1/4 tbsp coconut oil
  1. Place all ingredients in blender except honey. Blend until smooth and then add the honey and blend until sticky. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and press in mixture then freeze overnight. Then cut into small treat sized slices or roll into fudge balls.
