TRAINING BEHIND HZ YOGA

As both a devoted teacher and a passionate student of yoga since the late 90’s, I have studied with a wide range of master teachers. This allows me the skill and knowledge to guide you toward the most beneficial style of yoga: the one that works best for your body and lifestyle.

My intention is to create a safe space to focus on alignment principles, breath, (pranayama), meditation and yoga philosophy, and to help balance your physical and mental states as well as inspire your personal and spiritual growth. Practicing yoga will develop your ability to create stability, strength, and flexibility, and help you gain clarity to transform the body and mind from the inside out, manifesting a balanced state of being.

I am a certified 500 hr. Yoga Alliance Teacher and Meditation Instructor. I received my certification and training at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica from Don Stapleton, PHD and Amba Stapleton. I have studied an additional 1500 hours in trainings and workshops with master teachers such as Erich Shiffman, Aadhil Palklavala, Gary Kraftsow, Sianna Sherman, Sean Corne, Jason Crandell, Gabriel Halpern and my guru Ruzika Weisen who started me on this journey, and many more incredible teachers who have made an imprint on my practice and teaching.
