  1. 1 Large Head of Cauliflower
  2. Tamari (instead of soy sauce to avoid gluten)
  3. ½ C Diced Carrots
  4. ½ C Peas
  5. ½ C Diced Onions
  6. ½ C Mushrooms
  7. 1 clove of crushed Garlic
  8. 1 Egg (optional for binding purposes)
  1. Cauliflower can be riced with knife or food processor
  2. Brown riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes, then scramble/whip egg and pour over riced cauliflower stirring until cooked
  3. Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic in olive oil until starts to soften, add to riced cauliflower
  4. A few minutes before fully cooked add mushrooms and peas. Pour tamari over mixture
