Zucchini Chips
Ingredients
- •1 large zucchini
- •1 tbsp. olive oil
- •Himalayan sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Thinly slice zucchini and place in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over zucchini and lightly toss to coat; season with salt. Spread zucchini onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 min.
