Cashew Brownie Bites

Cashew Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew pulp
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup dates pitted
  • 3 tbsp cocao powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender except honey. Blend until smooth and then add the honey and blend until sticky. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and press in mixture then freeze overnight. Then cut into small treat sized slices or roll into fudge balls.
