Ingredients
One 32oz jar of R.W. Knudsen Family Organic Tomato Juice
4
fresh Roma tomatoes
chopped
diced cucumber
diced yellow peppers
one small onion
diced zucchini
2
tablespoons
red wine vinegar
sea salt
pepper
fresh lemon juice
dash of Tobasco for spice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
