Ingredients

  • One 32oz jar of R.W. Knudsen Family Organic Tomato Juice
  • 4 fresh Roma tomatoes chopped
  • diced cucumber
  • diced yellow peppers
  • one small onion
  • diced zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • fresh lemon juice
  • dash of Tobasco for spice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
