Vegan Tex-Mex Dip
Memorial Day weekend is upon us; which means delicious party snacks are a must. Here’s a vegan, gluten free, healthy alternative to one of my favorite dishes.
Every element of this dip is delicious on it’s own, but when they’re all combined it’s pure flavor magic.
This dip is loaded with nutrient rich ingredients like cholesterol lowering beans and heart healthy avocados. Pair this vegan 7 layer dip with some organic, non-gmo blue corn tortilla chips and you’ve got yourself a super easy and nutritious dish!
